Hello there, welcome to my site. If you have landed on my page and you are looking for a wide variety of Pilates video's that you can do at home instead and/or as well as visiting a gym or studio then you have come to the right place. 

If you are new to Pilates and you have already been told the many health benefits it gives you then I don't need to tell you that as well as making you stronger, fitter, healthier in general. It also gives you better flexibility, helps with many back conditions in the long term and gives you a strong core as well as numerous mental health benefits. I will teach you the correct breathing techniques with mindful movement. This really does help with stress and anxiety. As a meditation teacher as well as Pilates teacher, this is an important part of my teaching.

If you already do Pilates then I don't need to tell you the benefits because you have already benefited from them or perhaps you are still discovering how amazing it is. What my videos will give you, is a large variety of videos to choose from where you can benefit from my many years of teaching of different types of people. I also often give an easier version and harder version of an exercise to help you to progress. 

As an extra bonus, if you are an animal lover, you will see the odd pet join my classes occasionally, but somewhat briefly so we don't get too distracted :).

Hi there, I am a Pilates Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Melt Instructor and qualified Nutritional Therapist.

I offer in person classes in Jersey, Channel Islands and online classes to access anywhere in the world. 

I have been teaching Pilates for around 10 years and even after 10 years of teaching i never get bored of both teaching and adding to my learning.

I love the many health benefits that Pilates gives me and the people I teach. Watching the stress on peoples faces melt away after teaching a class makes me feel like I am making a difference.

There is no doubt about it, Pilates is good for your back. Ive been lucky to help many people over the years with their backs, i do incorporate a number of exercises to help people with their backs as so many people struggle with back conditions. 

Pilates is also great for strengthening and conditioning and works well with other forms of sports for injury prevention.
